Icontrol Networks, a leading security and home automation platform developer, has fired the next salvo in its 2014 patent-infringement lawsuit against competitor Zonoff. In its latest complaint, dated Dec. 1, 2015, Icontrol seeks a jury trial and an injunction against Zonoff’s continued sales and marketing activities around three additional patents (itemized below). In its latest claim, Icontrol cites these rumors as evidence that Zonoff has been marketing technology based on Icontrols asserted patents.
