It’s a great solution for consumers who want to have ’scene’ or remote control capability on their recessed ’can’ lights or track lighting fixtures, without having to mess with any electrical wiring – it’s as simple as screwing in a bulb!

Linear Z-Wave 3-Way On/Off Switch Kit

Facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmailFacebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmail

The Linear Z-Wave 3-Way On/Off Switch Kit includes one primary or master on/off relay switch (load bearing) and one accessory switch (non-load bearing aka remote/slave) to allow control of one light from two different locations. Each switch replaces your current 3-way light switch, so you can use your existing wiring (neutrals are required) and provide Z-Wave wireless and manual control of overhead lighting from multiple locations.

Once connected to the load bearing switch, your lights can be turned on or off with a Z-Wave controller up to 100 feet away within line of site. The On/Off switch kit integrates with other Z-Wave enabled products via your Z-Wave controller, and can also act as a wireless repeater to ensure that commands intended for another device in the network are received (useful when a device would otherwise be out of radio range). Standard white decora Wallplates are included in each box for each model.

Aeon Labs MultiSensor 6

Just an FYI for all you VeraEdge Z-Wave Controller users…They are now compatible with the Aeon Labs MultiSensor 6 as of Vera’s latest firmware upgrade to 1.7.1569. You do also need to have your MS6 updated to the latest V1.6 as well, you will get the “purging associations” error if you are still on V1.4. Feel free to contact us if you need help updating your sensor, you need a Z-Stick to do so as I do not believe any Z-Wave controllers yet support OTA updates natively.

They also added quite a few more devices, such as the Zipato RGBW c/w color wheel, as well as the Aeon Labs RGBW, and a bunch more. Probably well worth your while to get updated and check out the new products they’ve added.
